You should determine exactly what all of the details will be before you list your home. You do not want your home to be listed on the market and then things to change. This will be confusing to buyers and you do not want to appear as unstable or people will be leery about doing business with you.
You can place your home for sale by yourself if you know where to start. If you continue to update yourself with knowledge you will be placing yourself ahead of the competition and you will sell your own home in no time.
